Challenge: Give customers a single place to compare and buy banking and insurance products, without visiting a branch in person
My role: Art Director — single point of contact, directing a 3-person creative team
Outcome: 180,000+ downloads in the first two months; grew to 12.4M+ users
The Challenge
To make a deposit, get a loan, or take out insurance, customers almost always needed to visit a bank in person. Not every bank has a branch in every city, which created problems for customers far from a physical location, or without time to visit and queue.
To solve this, the goal was a unified platform for comparing and buying financial and insurance products — designed to appeal to millennials, Gen X, and Gen Z.
What We Delivered
A single mobile app unifying banking and insurance products from 170+ financial institutions — onboarding, product comparison, deposits, insurance applications, and account management, all designed as one coherent experience.
My Role: Art Director
I was the single point of contact for the project, directing a three-person creative team: a UI/UX designer, a digital designer, and a graphic designer.
I set the design direction, distributed the work across the team, and reviewed every screen before handoff to development — from first concept through to launch.
